"Despicable Me 3" is the newly introduced and only movie in English at Cine Lanzarote. It will be shown on Monday and Thursday at Multicines Atlántida in Arrecife at 19:50h.

The programme for the Noche Blanca in La Villa de Teguise, Lanzarote has been confirmed for the 28th July 2017.
Noche Blanca translates to White Night and lots of people wear white clothing for this event, although it’s not compulsory. It’s a night where the shops, bars, restaurants will stay open late into the evening, there’s live music, dance classes, free entry to the museums and lots more to keep you entertained until the early hours of the morning.

Tourists visiting Lanzarote for Scuba diving totalled 146,000 in 2016, up more than 50% on the previous year. Lanzarote has a total of 36 dive centres offering guided dives and training services. In a press release, The Cabildo points out that divers spend significantly more on island than other types of tourists, averaging €138 per day. The average age of divers visiting the island is 43 years, and visitors come mostly from UK (43%) and Germany (12%) read more »
Now that the hot summer season is upon us, it’s a good time to remind everyone about the importance of drinking water to keep hydrated.
The guideline is to drink at least 8 x 8 ounce glasses a day which is approximately 2 litres a day. You shouldn’t wait to feel thirsty before you drink, it’s best to get into a routine of drinking water regularly throughout the day.
Did you know that drinking water can help you to lose weight? It’s also important to help maintain your temperature and lubricate your joints, as well as making you go to the loo to remove waste.
Signs of dehydration include:
Urine that is darker in colour than usual, or a little amount
