Unelco / Endesa have two offices in Lanzarote, the main office is situated in Arrecife on the main road from Tahiche, just past Eurospar there are two Shell garages on opposite sides of the road and the office is on the right just passed the garage. The smaller office is on the main high street in Tias, just along from the Maxcoop supermarket on the right before the end and the roundabout. If you have purchased a property and need to change the billing details, you have to go in person or authorise someone to act on your behalf, they will want to see your escritura, identification, NIE/F number, bank account details and your contact address and phone number. If you have any unpaid bills you cannot pay them at these offices, you need to take a special copy of the bill with a bar code on the bottom to your bank or local post office and payment can be made in cash. If you don't have a copy of the bill, you will need to go to Unelco and ask for a copy of the facturas pendiente first. If you have had your supply disconnected once paid, take your receipts back to the office and they will instruct an engineer to reconnect you within 24 hours of payment. It is now possible to pay your bills over the phone with a credit card, this service is normally only available in Spanish, call the customer service line on 902 307 308 with your contracto number off your invoice.
