The celebrations in the municipality of Teguise are from the 9th to the 15th March.

Monday 9th - Thursday 12th there are workshops in the local centro socioculturales for children to prepare their carnaval costumes.

Wednesday 11th & Thursday 12th 8.30pm Pasacalle along the promenade (paseo marí­timo)

Friday 13th Children's carnaval at 5pm in Plaza de los Leones in Teguise and batucada at 8pm

Saturday 14th Grand carnaval parade at 5.30pm in Costa Teguise which starts outside the Sands Beach Resort and along Avenida Islas Canarias ending in the Pueblo Marinero.

Sunday 15th
Childrens show in Pueblo Marinero at 11am in Costa Teguise
Pasacalle through the Teguise Sunday market at midday
Fancy dress competition 1pm Plaza Camilo José Cela de Teguise
Burning of the sardine 6.30pm leaving the Ayuntamiento de Teguise with Los Diabletes, batucada and murgas
