I have recently attended Starlight Open Air Cinema for the first time -I know, it's taken me long enough!- and I must admit I was impressed. The movie started promptly as the sky was getting darker and from the comfort of my seat I could see the stars and the moon passing by. The blanket supplied was more than welcome as night-time can get a bit chilly - well, at least compared to the heat during the day. The headphones were surprisingly comfortable, light and easy to use: you can choose which of the two languages is shown in you want to listen at the flick of a button and the volume is as easily adjustable. Don't forget to bring them back to the usher at the end of the night when you are leaving the premises!
Anyway, let's get down to business.
July movies still include some fabulous classics like Grease and Raiders of the Lost Ark, as well as newer releases like Fifty Shades Darker, The Girl on the Train, Jurassic World, Moana and Lego Batman.
This month, two movies are shown each night, the first one starting around 9pm and the second starting around 11:30pm. The full cinema listings are available on http://rooftopbiosfera.com/starlight-cinema For exact time and which language each movie is available on, please check contact them directly.
Ah, I almost forgot. There is no silent disco this month, just in case you were wondering.
Bookings can be made in person at the venue, by telephone 928 511 690 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
