If you’ve over indulged at Christmas or just want to lose those extra pounds its a great time to team up with other like minded people and get back into shape.
The start date is Sunday 10th January where you will be weighed and measured by Mitch the personal trainer who has offered to give everyone an individual chart with recommendations for daily food intake. Mitch has volunteered his services free of charge and will be assessing the participants every four weeks.
To take part you will need to find some sponsors and come up with your preferred calculation for money to weight loss, the sponsor money could be related to your weight loss with so much per lb / kg or maybe by size reduction with so much per inch / mm.
