The party starts on Thursday 26th February 2009 at 9pm with a full costume concert, an all night dance from 9pm on the Friday night but the main procession and event is on Saturday 28th February at 5pm with floats. This is a spectacular party, the procession does last for a couple of hours so I would advise you to find a friendly watering hole along the strip. Everyone and I mean everyone is in fancy dress, if you've not brought one with you then they can be purchased locally from 10 Euros or improvise, so you can join in the fun.
