I have a pay as you go mobile number for number of years ( 0034 679750117) unfortunately it has been disconnected how would I be able to re stat this number?
Hi Ellie - Has the number been reallocated to someone else? Ring it to find out. If not visit any of the local Movistar shops with your phone and sim card and they can see if it can be reactivated, if not, you need a new number. If a pay as you go phone is not used for 6 months then it is suspended, you can stop this by adding credit or making a phone call within this time. Jules
