Lanzarote Weather 2010

One of the most asked questions is “what’s the weather like in Lanzarote?” and why we bring you a range of weather forecasts and monthly reports. We recently received the annual report for rain in Lanzarote during 2010 as recorded from the weather station based in the airport of Lanzarote.



Lanzarote was classed as having rain on 58 days throughout the year, with a total rainfall of 124.3 mm/m2. The dry months were July and August with no rain at all and the worst month was November with 12 days followed by January and February with 10 days each.


Our average temperature was recorded as 22.4 degrees centigrade. January proved to be the coldest month (18.6) and August (26.6) as the hottest. December was the warmest in the past 50 years.


Our humidity is pretty constant with an average of 65% ranging from 59 to 72 per cent through the year.
