A dive in the Yellow Submarine is not to be missed when visiting Lanzarote, this is a fantastic opportunity to explore the underwater sea life here without even getting your feet wet!
You need to book in advance for a trip on “Sub Fun Tres”. The submarine has a capacity for 44 passengers, everyone is seated by one of 22 large viewing windows together with giant observation windows at each end of the sub and TV monitors linked to underwater cameras ensuring you can see all of the action where ever it is happening. The yellow submarine submerges completely once outside the marina to three different depths ranging from 10 – 30 metres, normally you can see a whole variety of fish including Parrotfish, Barracuda, Angel Shark and Gulley Jack. The submarine also visits two shipwrecks where a scuba diver lurks to feed the fish right in front of your window! It’s a very special occasion if the massive Black Ray called Juana comes to investigate who is inside the yellow submarine today. Onboard the sub you will have your very own guide who will make sure you don’t miss any of the action and there are plenty of opportunities to take your own photos whilst submerged.
