Sunsail Racing’s winter programme has began with the Chase The Sun Regatta, their fleet of F40’s will arrive in Lanzarote during mid November.
The Chase The Sun Regatta comprises of 6 races, the first three covering the legs from Cowes to Lanzarote during October & November and then back in February 2012. Once in Lanzarote these Sunsail F40’s will be available for port racing holidays where sailors will compete in a race from Marina Rubicón to Puerto del Castillo in Fuerteventura and back during a week’s holiday or a Canaries Discovery cruising rally covering four of the Canary Islands during a two week holiday.
The yachts depart from Cadiz for Lanzarote on the 8th November, they will be based at Marina Rubicón in Playa Blanca for the winter. Their return leg starts on 11th February 2012 where they sail to Cadiz, La Rochelle and Portsmouth.
