We’ve already announced that tomorrow is International Museum Day, there is another one of our cultural centre’s celebrating with a special event.
The Castillo San José will have a Menú Show Cooking on the 18th May at 9pm with a specially prepared A la Carte menu. Chef’s from renown local restaurants will be guiding the students from the school IES Zonzamas in preparing the dishes with the Saborea Lanzarote (tastes from Lanzarote).
The four chefs include:
Juan José Camacho Pérez - Restaurante Castillo de San José
José A. Díaz García - Restaurante Altamar, Gran Hotel
Orlando Ortega de León - Restaurante Lilium
Ludovic Lamontagne - Pastelería Lamontagne
Additionally Alejandro Díaz Polaino will be selecting local Lanzarote wines to be served with the meal.
Reservations must be made in advance by telephone to reserve a table, bookings taken prior to 3pm on 928 812 321 (Castillo de San José) or 928 807 929 / 928 801 500 (ICAM).
