Learn about how to put the yin-yang into food this Saturday in Lanzarote with the Curso de Cocina Macrobiotica.

The course includes both theory & practice, it's limited to 10 people and will be held at Villa Amatista in La Vegueta from 10:30 am to 6.30 pm.

The theory is to learn about the five elements, yin-yang in food with exploring different cooking types, energies of each dish and its effects. For the practical you will be preparing sushi, salads, pumpkin soup, seaweed dishes, various beens, sautéed vegetables with 14-16 dishes.
