Lovely 1 bedroom ground floor apartment situated in a small quiet community in Puerto del Carmen.

Complex

The apartment is in a small private gated complex with a communal swimming pool incorporating a children’s pool. There is a supermarket opposite with bank, pharmacy, restaurants and shops in a moments walk. About 5 minutes stroll away is the Biosfera centre, and 10 minutes walk to the beaches or the old town harbour of Puerto del Carmen. For those looking to hire a car, there are normally free parking spaces available in the street.

Apartment

The apartment is set back in the corner over looking the communal pool. There is a sunny patio at the front of the property with a locked storage area for your beach equipment, the lounge is spacious and light with views to the pool, furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player. There is an American style modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and fully fitted to include, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a washing machine. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with fitted wardrobe including a safe.

Internet

For clients that would like to connect to the internet we have a USB modem that can be left in the apartment. This is a pay as you go connection, it costs €3 per day that you connect to the internet for up to 30mb of surfing, we will include credit for 3 days per week as part of the rental. If you are a heavy internet user, it is possible to pay an additional €19 for up to 1 gb per week.

Resort

Puerto del Carmen is Lanzarote’s original resort. The famous strip runs for eight kilometres, with a promenade and golden sandy beach on one side, and bars, shops and restaurants on the other. The resort is a mecca for water sports enthusiasts as well as offering a fabulous nightlife, shopping and not forgetting the new golf course. There is something for everyone here! Note. Also available for medium to long term rentals, one month €600, three months or more €450 per month.

The villa has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedded rooms that share a shower room. There is a comfortable lounge area with leather sofas, the 37" wide screen TV has a full Sky package including movies, sports, Disney etc There are also books, games, DVD player (bring your own films) and an Ipod docking station.
