Description Villa Ann is a spacious 3 bedroom country villa in a popular location suitable for up to 6 people for those wishing to get away from it all. Also available is Casa Ida Apartment, sleeping 2 maximum.

The villa has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedded rooms that share a shower room. There is a comfortable lounge area with leather sofas, the 37" wide screen TV has a full Sky package including movies, sports, Disney etc There are also books, games, DVD player (bring your own films) and an Ipod docking station. The dining table and outdoor table seats six, the kitchen is fully equipped with cooker,fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The private swimming pool is secluded with a lockable gate to make it a secure area if there are young children in the party.There is a wide range of baby equipment available including cot, highchair, baby buggy, baby monitor, baby bath, steam steriliser etc.

Internet is available with WI-FI.

Beach towels and bed linen are changed once a week and bath towels twice a week.

Complimentary welcome pack on arrival including English teabags, coffee, beer, champagne, water, fruit, bread, ham, cheese etc. Infact, all you need to get your holiday off to a flying start. There is a local supermarket and several bars / restaurants within walking distance and the old capital of Teguise is only a moments drive away. Also available is a beautiful 1 bedroom, twin bedded en-suite apartment. Suitable for 2 people maximum. Casa Ida apartment can be rented with Villa Ann for larger families or it can be rented separately. If rented separately, there is no access to the pool area. Prices for Casa Ida start from 375.00 euros - 475.00 euros per week.

Prices for Villa Ann are from 750.00 euros per week for up to 4 people. Each extra person, up to a maximum of 6 is charged at 62.50 euros per person, per week.
