Lanza Road Runners

Lanzarote has a new weekly running club that is open to both residents and visitors, the Lanza Road Runners will meet each Saturday morning in Puerto del Carmen.

Cyclists in Lanzarote

Some of you may be aware that Miguel and I took up triathlon training earlier this year. We’ve finally ditched our mountain bikes in favour of road bikes so that we can progress our cycling training and boy has it opened my eyes to the dangers lurking around every corner.
