Véro & Antonio are a French and Spanish couple who are passionate foodies, like many of us they fell in love with Lanzarote on their first visit. The couple previously lived in Paris, their crazy dream to give up their stressful lives and live in paradise is now a reality and Cook in Lanzarote was created. Antonio trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon to become a professional chef and he’s a master at his family’s traditional Spanish recipes. Véro is a marketing professional, between them they have a winning formula to make a great success of this unique food experience in Lanzarote.

A couple of years ago they sat and looked at the figures more seriously. Finally the actual setting up of the business started in August last year and after a lot of planning and red-tape they are pretty much ready to roll it out.   read more »
