Casa Camella situated in open countryside with stunning sea and mountain views is a peaceful retreat for those who seek a rural location but still wish to be within easy reach of a resort and it´s amenities.
The house is a two minute drive from the pretty marina of Puerto Calero with it´s many restaurants and shops and an easy ten minute drive to one of the islands main resorts of Puerto del Carmen. Again a very popular location for guests who often rebook for the following year as they leave at the end of their current holiday.
Casa Camella which translated means the ´Camel House´ has been renovated to a high standard and furnished with your comfort in mind. The decor can be described as ocean chic´with a colour scheme inspired by the sea which dominates the view from the house and patios.
The accommodation comprises of a comfortable lounge featuring a wood burning stove for those cooler winter evenings, dining room with double doors opening onto the shady pergola, a fully fitted well equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. (The smaller of the two bedrooms can be configured as a twin should this better suit your requirements).
The house has patios on two levels with the first level giving access to the house and pergola and the lower level patio being home to the fully heated swimming pool and sunbathing terrace.
At Casa Camella guests can sit back under the shade of the large wooden pergola and enjoy a cool drink whilst watching the yachts sail by. What better way to spend your days?
The basic layout is that of an "L" shaped layout, with kitchen, dining room and lounge on one "leg" of the "L" and bedrooms and bathrooms on the other leg. A corridor connects bathrooms and bedrooms surrounding two sides of a terrace. Of the other two sides - one is walled and the other (south) side faces the huge, unobstructed seaview panorama. The house stands on its own in open countryside.
Towels and bedding are changed weekly - with the exception of provided pool towels which are retained for the duration of guests stay. Pool water condition and cleanliness is checked twice weekly and adjusted where necessary.
We ask for a 30% deposit (after receipt of which we forward a formal confirmation of booking document.) Balance of holiday cost is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Sterling 799 per week (extra guests 14.30 per night after 2 guests). Children under 2 FOC otherwise as listed as "additional guests." NO peak season premiums.
